Melt-blown non-woven fabric is a non-woven fabric manufacturing method that melts thermoplastic high polymers such as PP (Poly propylene), and extrusion spinsthrough anozzle. In the case of complex spinning, it uses two different types of high polymer resins to transfer melted high polymer to metering pump through each extruder, and then spins the high polymers through a nozzle after going through a distributing valve. A non-woven fabric manufacturing process in which high-temperature, high-pressure air is provided to melted high polymer when spinning, and by laminating on the conveyor belt, it is combined with self-adhesive property from the residual heat into a form of non-woven fabric.
This technology allows for the manufacture of high-efficiency, low-pressure drop filter media such as air filter, water treatment filter, and masks.c
